Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
Once you place an order we will send you a confirmation message via your registered mobile number through WhatsApp or mail ID and begin processing your order.
Once shipped, we will send you a message with the tracking details regarding your order. Free delivery orders are usually delivered within 4-5 business days. However, delivery time may vary according to locations and shipping delays due to circumstances outside of our control. It is crucial that you provide the correct address, PIN Code and shipping details to ensure a timely delivery. Orders are shipped on all days except public holidays & sundays. To ensure the safety and health of your orders, we have partnered with multiple trusted courier companies.
We currently ship pan India. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellations
No cancellation and refunds will be processed once an order has been placed.
In the unlikely scenario that your order is received as damaged or you have ordered the wrong color, we’ll be happy to replace it only if you have not used the product. Since socks comes under personal apparel once opened and used we will not be able to replace or refund it.
Please write to us at hellobuiltsports@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and stating your issue. Post which if necessary, an exchange for the correct color or the correct pair will be issued after thoroughly analyzing your issue.

Returns
Items once purchased are non-refundable. We offer exchange services on orders if necessary under the above mentioned conditions.

Exchange
We offer exchange services on all orders. You can only exchange purchased item once.
Please write to us at hellobuiltsports@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID along with a picture of your order and stating your issue. Post which if necessary, an exchange for the correct color or the correct pair will be issued.
Once the exchange request is placed, we can process the new product only once we receive the original item you bought.
The product should not have been worn for exercise or any form of activity and should have no wear and tear.
After careful quality check for any damages, if the item purchased is fit to be exchanged, we’ll send the new piece.
This process could take 12-15 business days.

Payments
We are offering Cash on delivery and UPI payment options from RazorPay for payments. If opting for COD mode of payment you only need to pay cash when you receive your order however if you wish to pay through UPI or online at the moment of delivery you can ask the delivery executive to do so ( this is only available under certain locations ).
A better and seamless option would be to pay online via UPI , debit card & et banking with Razor Pay's checkout enabled at our checkout.
